We're having similar issues. I've been trying to keep latency below 1.75 but even then the pauses are unnatural. I'm so used to it but when I demo to new people, that is often a comment they make. I've tried doing a different formatting I got from @Brandon Duncan which is markdown style. You can copy and paste your prompt into GPT-4o and ask it to see how you can decrease latency and switch it to markdown style formatting. I've found in a lot of cases that will help the latency, but it still is only a little. And then you also need to get used to prompting in a different style.

We also are triggering outbound calls off facebook ads into a FB form. What issue are you having? We don't really use Assistable as much for blanket cold outreach. Use it with local businesses to streamline their operations and help a lot with reactivation. It's honestly incredible what this software can do for how new it as and for being 1k a month. I've not been able to find anything remotely close to the capabilities we have here.
