science is what is observed through our physical eyes πŸ‘€ and spirituality is observing through the minds eye πŸ‘οΈ its not a question of whether they can coexist, they just are.

self-consciousness is the intelligence between our spirit and our physical bodies. It is the awareness of our thoughts, feelings and emotions of which directly and indirectly expresses and impresses itself in our external environment and our subconscious mind. understanding and working with consciousness allows us to be the co-creators of our life, and to live within our values and priorities by embodying our truest self

@Desiree MΓ©ndez mistakes are gentle signs on how you can improve :) but there is always room for improvement which makes it harder to see the growth you have already made. so yes, perfection is an illusion and is incredibly subjective
Have you ever asked you these questions :
Is self-love the key to transformation? How does self-love drive change? Can transformation happen without self-love? What role does self-love play in transformation? Why is self-love essential in the process of transformation? What has been your answer to these questions? (Check out my answer in the first comment! )

I think that self-love and self-hate work hand in hand. self-hate can motivate us when we don't feel good about ourselves (be it in our health and mental wellbeing). it can drive the desire for change (begin an exercise programme and become mindful about the foods you consume). I believe that self-respect and self-worth also play a role in transformation, which are both associated with self-love, and can also create the desire for change and transformation. self-love in itself, from my experience, simply motivates me to continue implementing the steps I have taken to transform myself

free will exists, but to a certain degree. we cannot control or create all external situations. furthermore, these external situations or experiences are given to us by source/ the universe to offer us a chance to grow and evolve, regardless of whether we perceive or label the experience as "good" or "bad". so in summary, we can work on ourselves to the limitations of our conscious awareness, but the universe presents us with opportunities to further our growth, only if you are open to all experiences

@Rosie Mattos all is in the mind. you can view these external "noises" as the universe testing you and nudging you to question external influences. will you allow them to govern and control your thoughts actions focus and energy, or are you aware of your values and your priorities in life that can speak louder than the external "noises" and influences, and make conscious decisions on what aligns with your heart and your values :) it gives you an opportunity to see "the matrix". it just depends on your perspective
