Sleep Help
I went total carnivore for about two weeks now (previously doing fruit and meat), and I am seeing a lot of the benefits: stronger mental clarity, a bunch of energy, stable moods, productivity, skin glowing But, I am not getting the sleep I used to, which I know will be an issue in the long run. I think I get plenty of salt. I also drink plenty of water (my urine is usually clear to light yellow). I eat a small breakfast and early dinner (done by 4:30 p.m.), and I'm in bed by 10 p.m. I have been eating 80/20 ground beef (1lb), salmon burger (.5 lbs), organ meats (.25 lbs), total carnivore steak shake (1 scoop), 2 cups of lactide milk, 3-4 eggs, and 1 cup of bone broth. I know that I have enough food because I gained muscle since changing my diet. It takes me 30-45 mins to fall asleep, and I wake up 2-3 throughout the night, awake by 5:30 am. Am I still adjusting? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Hey Antoine, Your body just went into a shock of cutting the last bit of carbs out. Therefore adjusting takes time. I would suggest to supplement magnesium bisglycinate just before going to bed. It will calm the mind and roll you into a good quality sleep faster. If you have any more questions you run into feel free to ask 💪
Challenges during Carnivore
Hello Carnivores, As we all know the lifestyle of a carnivore comes with a lot of profitable benefits. I got stronger I got a more stable blood sugar level I don’t have any ptsd , depression and anxiety problems anymore I have energy shooting through the roof. I look fitter. I no longer have sugar cravings. But even with this lifestyle there will be challenges, But for all challenges there will be solutions. My challenge is i am having a very active lifestyle and get dehydrated quickly. My solution is using some good quality salt and electrolytes. Right now i finally got my LMNT delivered and am very curious about it. What are your challenges and solutions on the carnivore lifestyle on a day to day basis ?

@Christina Davis 0.5g would never be a dealbreaker but it not doing the trick for me while redmonds relyte does the trick it is obvious i’ll use lmnt only in case i run out of redmonds…

I love Fridays
Fridays are my days off and I got my workout in this morning, I don’t have any doctors appointments or any physical therapy at all. I have to be concerned about is when I want to drink my coffee, and go to the bookstore and do whatever the hell I wanna do today. Happy Friday

Starting liver
I recently got a tub of grass fed and finished beef liver and sliced it into 40 gram slices. I plan on taking them every monday and thursday let me know what you think about my schedule.

Two times 40 grams of liver should deff do the trick. I saw you ordered some gemstone ground beef… Gemstone has got ancestral blend in 10% and 30% aswell if you eat 1 pound of 30% once a week you would be all set.
