1️⃣ Understand functional pressure management in your core system. Properly managing your pressure is seriously 50% of the battle.
2️⃣ Creating strong AF glute muscles to stabilize and support your pelvis
3️⃣ Refine with targeted & specific hip rotator muscle exercises so that they have the endurance + coordination to support the pelvic floor
4️⃣ DON’T forget your adductors as part of your training plan as they play a huge role and integration into the pelvis & close in proximity to the pelvic floor
5️⃣ Restore equal balance between quads & hamstring …. P.S. most people are quad dominate, don’t forget those hamstrings that come in and attach at the bottom the pelvic and play a factor in the anterior (forward) / posterior (backwards) tilt of the pelvis
