Realistic
I am wanting to lose 20 lbs by July or end of July. I am burning 500+ calories per workout. Working out 5-6 days a week. Am I being realistic or just crazy? Never been the size I am always was small athletic with high metabolism. Now older and have had a child so metabolism is not as high. But I am just trying to set realistic goals for myself.
