Improved pricing & process
After having my work session with Marko, I decided to follow his advices: 1- My pricing includes a free architecture & planning session instead of the free estimate. I also dropped the minimum fixed amount to be more flexible. https://www.pragmatic.page/pricing/ 2- The process is now more gradual, after getting in touch, the client gets a free architecture & planning session, afterwards we can build him an initial MVP, and if he wishes to further work with us then we build the full product. https://www.pragmatic.page/how-it-works/ Any feedback is welcome regarding the process and pricing changes. Also I welcome any help/feedback on how to improve this sentence from the homepage: "Start with a free architecture & planning session, then enroll in a monthly retainer within your budget."

Help with Positioning
Hey guys, I know this community talks a lot about positioning – so I kindly ask for your advice. This morning I was brainstorming about our positioning (MUA) since I felt "catalyzing culture" doesn't hit the ball out of the park. Why: Mostly because of the reactions we get from our outreach. Companies either have initiatives that support their culture (very broad from taking them out to dinner, to engagement platforms like Culture Amp) ; so they say "we are all set", or they don't see improving their culture is not urgent enough and linked to their problems. So, I questioned myself again (third time) "what problem are we actually solving". And I came up with this document showing the cause and effect between a problem and how MUA solves it. My question would be: a) agree / disagree / why b) what's next? Another round of copy? I guess I really struggle taking it from here. Thanks to you all! Julius

Niching further down
Hello dear community, As I started my journey into having my own company, I built a new website, tried to do some beginner copywriting, and gather as much feedback as I can. Two days ago, a friend gave me a lengthy and detailed feedback, which triggered some thoughts. Now I think I'm too broad in what services I want to do for new startup founders. This is my latest niching down idea: 1- I build MVP (Narrow the scope of my services to just startup founders in need of MVP) 2- With custom code (Don't compete with No-code/Low-code, since my real value is in writing custom software end-to-end that these platforms/tools will never be able to achieve) 3- To create software for SaaS, Marketplace, and E-Commerce platforms (Actually I can build whole platforms around these business models) The full statement reads: "I build MVP with custom code to create software for SaaS, Marketplace, and E-Commerce platforms". This is me thinking out loud, I might have answered the USP (Unique Selling Proposition) question asked to me by @Marko Pfann some days ago, or I might not. My questions to you are: - Is it premature to further niche down this early in the life of my business? - When to know it’s time to niche down? Any feedback or thoughts are welcome!

Feedback for https://pragmatic.page
Hello everyone, My company website https://pragmatic.page is finally live, please check it out and let me know what you think, as always any feedback is appreciated! General notes: - The desktop version is the version I focused on, there is a mobile version (layout) but it needs some improvements. - Please let me know if the load speed is good or not. Technical notes: - I designed the website in Figma, then implemented it as a static website using Hugo (a static website generator) - The website is hosted on AWS Amplify. Updates happen after pushing code to a git repo!

Still surviving
#The 3 Glass Ceilings Fascinating - and frustrating at a the same time. Made me realize that I've been stuck on the surviving level for many years. No wonder this has been a struggle all along
