Hey guys, I know this community talks a lot about positioning – so I kindly ask for your advice. This morning I was brainstorming about our positioning (MUA) since I felt "catalyzing culture" doesn't hit the ball out of the park.
Why: Mostly because of the reactions we get from our outreach. Companies either have initiatives that support their culture (very broad from taking them out to dinner, to engagement platforms like Culture Amp) ; so they say "we are all set", or they don't see improving their culture is not urgent enough and linked to their problems.
So, I questioned myself again (third time) "what problem are we actually solving". And I came up with this document showing the cause and effect between a problem and how MUA solves it.
My question would be:
a) agree / disagree / why
b) what's next? Another round of copy?
I guess I really struggle taking it from here.
