Beginner Unable to Create Fillets/Chamfers

Hi everyone!

I am following Nikita's amazing bike helmet tutorial, but I have a problem I need some help with. I cannot seem to add fillets or chamfers to the edges like Nikita does at 22:18 and I don't know what I am doing wrong. I've gotten errors such as "edge is not laminar". I've tried the tutorial from scratch many times but I always run into this same problem.

I have attached my Plasticity file if anyone would be kind enough to take a look. My file has followed the tutorial until adding the fillets.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
