Inspired by I thought I'd try getting back into all my dogs doing fitness exercises again. Lily does physio everyday, she had a spinal stroke 3 months ago, and she's recovering brilliantly. Our current goals are that she continues rebuilding hind limb and back muscles and improves her explosive power.
The thing we did differently today was that I didn't just cycle through her regular exercises, I got all the dogs involved and worked on static exercises for all of them, and then some figure of 8s with steps.
