Need to move on

Hey friends: I’m part of a friend group, with another person I am interested in. It’s a close group, and we hang out quite a bit, and have a group text where we all communicate often. I believe this person liked me awhile ago. Anyway, he’s an outrageous flirt with me, but never moves forward. It leaves me feeling really confused and hurt. I should mention that I’m a bit older than he is. Long story short, any suggestion on what I can say to ask him to stop flirting with me? I need to move on and I don’t want to create drama in our friend group and I’m really struggling to find the words to express what I need.
