Introduce yourself and let us know how life has surprised you this year.
I'll go first. I am a father, husband, business owner. I smoke meats and ride dirt bikes. I find a lot of value in being around friends and family. We are football fanatics in our household. We also love music, our chickens, gardening, legos, traveling, and experiences everything life has to offer. I take the title of dad very seriously. The Rad Dad project has given me purpose outside of my family. I feel a strong calling to help other men (especially dads) as I learn and grow at the same time. This year has surprised me with teaching me what handwork means. I have always considered myself a hard worker but this year allowed me to find a new gear and really push myself to grow.

INTRO
Hey I’m Zach! Sorry for the late response this last couple weeks has been super busy. I’m 32, I’m married to the best woman God could have created for me. Ali and I have been married almost 10 yrs which is wild to think about. We have a 7yr old boy, 4 yr girl, 1.5 yr old boy and just found out we are having #4🫨 which was definitely not planned. But we are very excited. The thing that has surprised me the most this last year is to see that we can change. I can change. Without going into huge detail here-maybe down the road I can share more-almost a year ago my life all came kinda crashing down on me. Through Gods help and grace and with that amazing wife I have been able to reinvent myself and start to become who I was meant to be. I will be a year sober and free from all addiction this month on the 26th. I’ll tell you a year ago I never could have imagined life could get so bad and I couldn’t figure out how I got there and didn’t think I’d ever get out. Today I look back and see how I got here and couldn’t have imagined life could be so great and beautiful and know that the future holds even greater things.

Hey fellas! This group seems like an awesome idea and I'm interested to see where it goes! My wife and I have been married 4 years and have 2 girls. They are 3 1/2 and 1 years old. Being a girl dad is something else for sure. I'm a Nurse Anesthetist and my wife is a nurse. She's staying home with the kiddos for now, though. We love to be outside. We both grew up riding horses and I rodeoed. I love to hunt and fish as well. Just trying to be the best dad I can be, though as you all know it's not easy in this crazy world. I look forward to building more friendships.
