Why Workout?
Why do you workout? Working out as a father and husband can be a daunting task. You are already tired (no matter what time of day it is) and probably have a dozen other things that need your attention.
I work out because I refuse to be lazy through my kids childhood. I want to be the dad that is playing sports with my kids, going on hikes, wake surfing, on the mat coaching wrestling, etc. Ya know, superman.
