What’s the point in a food tracking app if it’s difficult or confusing to use?

In the first picture, this is what I ate for lunch.
Quite the assortment of stuff.
In the second picture, I plugged in my food item by item, and these are the calories and macros leftover for me for the day.
In the third picture, I uploaded the first picture into the app and had it tracked the calories and macros for me.
The remaining calories for me after plugging in it manually was 1321.
The remaining calories for me after the app doing it for me….1260.
That is an error margin of 60 calories…
60 calories out of over 1,000. That is an error margin of less than 5%.
The FDA itself allows for a 20% margin in nutrition label accuracy, so why should we care about 5%?
