Bro I have insane levels of body dysmorphia abt my biceps For context I've been training for 2 years consistently (mostly calisthenics) and I've made lots of progress in my pecs, triceps, back and legs which I'm happy with But for some reason even though I trained biceps just as hard I wasn't making much progress in size So I just quit training arms all together and locked in on pull ups and dips which got me really good back, chest and tricep gains I thought pull-ups would still train my biceps too but apparently not they're still super small I was looking in the mirror yesterday and I was like 'whats the point of all this discipline and hard work if I still look worse than guys who have been going for 2 months' 'i literally don't even look like I'm male' And I genuinely hate it idk what to do I'm changing my training split so I train arms twice a week but I can't get over how bad they look now that I've noticed how small they are Pls help lol
