Hello Everyone, I am blessed to have found you all and excited to learn from everyone here. I am Alpa Agrawal, presently living in Dallas, Texas, USA. I enjoy the adventure of living life close to nature and see its effect on mind and body. Qualities I am certain about is being open minded and flexible while i might need help in consistency. I face the challenge when my tiredness takes over and then i reach out to food that are cooked in my house. I would appreciate if i can get immediate guidance in breaking down my day into a set routine with meals and appropriate quantities to make it more manageable for myself. By the end og the afternoon I feel the strong need to eat cooked meals, as i am looking for something salty that sweet. Thats when I head to cooked meals.
