We Chilled & Created...
Fresh from the latest Oodles of Doodles session, and wow, what a treat it was! Today, I had the joy of playing and creating with @Ricardo Yepes , an incredible storyteller and 3D artist from Colombia who also speaks Mandarin. Talk about a unique combination! We let the session guide us, turning up the music and diving into the flow of creativity. Our conversation naturally drifted to the powerful idea of simply allowing ourselves to be. It was a beautiful reminder of the magic that happens when we let go and embrace the moment. Join us next time—you won't want to miss the inspiration and connection! Check out the upcoming sessions: https://www.skool.com/terrible-art-club-5059/calendar My piece from today is about the unique blooms that emerge when we allow all of ourselves to be.

Forced to do art 🤪
My son, Hugo, really wanted me to draw a specific fish on a rock. My wife was already tired with the snail, lady bug and bee... 😂 So I had no choice 😝 Hugo helped finish off the edges:

Creativity activates Creativity
If you're willing to take the first step, the next one will reveal itself as you go! I'm looking forward to doodling together tomorrow! Gather your materials, a pen and some paper. Honestly, whatever you've got is good! Here are some ideas: 1. Gel pens: I love them. The ease of the pen tip gliding on paper makes it a luxurious experience! 2. Sharpie or any markers: It's smooth and familiar! 3. Watercolor: so many colors, so so fun!! I've been in a black and white phase 🖤🤍 This doodle is a continuation from last night. I added my vision of affirmations to the background and visualize them as I doodle on the rest of the details. It's another reason to use doodling as an alternative to meditation. Would you try this?

Doodling in bed…
Hey Soulmates✨, let's talk about self-care and creativity! @Sebastian Holle reminded me of something important to be shared. Many of us find meditation challenging, especially when life gets busy. You are not alone and it is not that easy! But here's an alternative: doodling. Doodling isn't just about drawing; it's a form of self-expression and a way to connect with our inner selves. It's like giving ourselves a moment of compassion and creativity wrapped into one! Here's a simple doodling guide: 1. If you have an idea, sketch it out, even if it's not perfect. Remember, it's not about perfection! 2. If you're not sure what to draw, let your pen wander freely. This is what I call 'taking your line for a walk.' 3. If you're feeling bold, create something entirely new! Follow whatever you feel or think of in the moment. Tonight, I doodled some flowers in heart shapes, and it felt amazing. Just a minute or two can make a difference. I'm sharing this because it's important to practice affirming that the result doesn’t matter as much as the act of doing it! I know we're doodling together on Wednesday, but feel free to share yours if you want to!
