Japan trip was an amazing time, but it was nice to return to the regularly scheduled routine back at home. This past week was easing back into paddling mileage with 35 miles.
This upcoming week I'll be getting in some more mileage and also harder miles during the workouts. I'm going to get a deep tissue massage and also getting a doctor's checkup. Going to make sure things are looking healthy as we head into the last few weeks of the 2024 year.

Note that this one is at 70% effort. If it feels too easy, you can go up to 80% but no need to go higher than that for this base building portion.
