I Met the amazing Adam Liaw yesterday and watched him whip up perfect pancakes ,my takeaway tips no oil or butter in pan use a non stick pan

the 2nd take away tip was always heat your pan to the heat it needs to be then add the oil I never knew that I have always added oil to the cold pan
