Chef Inspo
Today one of my inspirations is https://www.joshuaweissman.com/ . I just saw his video with the online food hacks and recipes and saw the pickled chips. I am definitely going to make these in the next few days and share it here with the recipe and if i can take a good enough photograph add that too. Hello! 👋🏽 I'm a home cook. I love cooking for other people (though it makes me anxious! - people pleaser and hypercritical 😅). I also love when people make me home cooked meals (it's my favourite! 💗). I also love eating out and finding new places to try. I love traveling - especially eating new foods,or things that are traditional within another culture. Kitchen photos at my place are boring 😂Have a photo from my favourite place to eat! I love mexican food, and it is always pretty spot on at Mexicoast in Toukley. The real magic though is behind the bar. Justin serves up amazing drinks everytime, and is always coming up with another brilliant idea for the monthly specials 🤤😍. Favourite food experience is doing a homestay in a small Guetamalan village, and learning to make corn tortillas from scratch. I definitely dropped at least one on the floor 😅 Favourite food is a hard one - I love sushi and tacos. A lot. And also cheese. A sloth. Because they are sick animals 🤙🏽🦥💗
