Death in Family - class ON tmrw (Friday) / OFF for Sunday

Hi my wonderful people -

My grandma has passed suddenly this morning - she has been battling cancer for a long time. I want to be there for the community as best I can during this time so I will hold tomorrows class and then will be flying out to NYC for funeral and to be with family over the weekend.

So, Sundays class is cancelled but I think we can keep Tuesday class for the short-week next week.

I'll see you all tomorrow for advanced cardio. <3
