Tried an older one today. This was a proper sweaty cardio workout with some floor plank based stuff but not too much.

Wow, great band workout. Short cardio warmup. Feel really worked out in 30 min. Squats and quick upper body.

Alternated between cardio and strength this week. S&H4 was lower body so that was a great mix with S&H3 on Tuesday.
