Cardio Valor 5
Just finished this one. Good cardio, good amount of abs, plank finish. Would recommend. I am basically going to uncheck and redo the Cardio Valor and Strength and Honor from scratch and also do the 45 Stamina Conquest Sat or Sun (haven't been). And fill in the other days with walking and yoga.
