Offer Breakdown Template
Hey everyone,
Hope you all had an awesome week and are ready to crush the next one! I wanted to share this offer breakdown template I've been using lately. Feel free to use it or share any thoughts on improving it.
I've found that it helps sellers see the data with me, instead of feeling like it's me vs. them. I realized explaining all these numbers over the phone is a lot of talking from my end & it doesn’t resonate.
They’ve definitely become much less hostile with my anchors and more open to negotiating. Hope it helps and open to suggestions on improving it or other methods you guys use!
*** I used canva and searched for data templates. Then deleted everything & inserted text boxes/ whatever else I need from the elements tab 👍
