For a while, I was struggling to hire the right people for my team. And it turns out I wasn’t asking the right questions and wasn’t able to screen and qualify candidates correctly.
So instead of asking, generic interview questions that you can find on the Internet, I devised a set of 24 questions that specifically related to my business.
In addition to getting the candidates to submit a DISC profile assessment set of questions helped me drill down the fit.
Just wanted to share with the community, hoping these would be helpful.
