Commissions & compensation structure
Team, I’m looking for opinions on how everyone is compensating their acquisition and disposition agents on deals that are purchased / sold with seller financing.
If I buy a deal with seller finance or sell with owner finance but the profits are realized over the term of the note, with a small downpayment collected upfront, how do you pay your team members?
Any and all ideas welcomed. 🙏🏼
