In one week, we will be starting a holiday challenge together 馃
If you wish to take it on, I'll be posting some form of wellness tip/goal every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday of the week. The goal will be tackle the goal and stack as many days as we can within this time period.
I know it can be difficult to carve time out for yourself as you bounce between commitments and holiday cheer - but this will keep you on your toes 馃巹
