Closing Somnus Performance
Hey everyone! After some carful deliberation, I have made the decision to close this Skool group. My Master's program has turned out to be more time consuming than I was envisioning, and I do not have the capacity to do the marketing and outreach required to sustain this group. That being said, I've launched a separate Sleep Consulting service founded on the same principles as in the "14 days to fix your Damn sleep" program. In these consults, we walk through your specific lifestyle factors and highlight some protocols you can try immediately. For everyone still in the program, you'll have access for the next month, but I will be shutting down all access at the start of November. Weekly Q&A coffee chats
Hello everyone! Starting next week, I'll be hosting weekly Q&A coffee chats on Wednesday mornings at 9AM-10AM. While the main focus is going to be sleep, health and wellness, I'm also open to other subjects too - Other fields of Science, Fitness, Philosophy, Music.
