Say no to short-term gratification
For me, Short-term gratification is the desire to experience immediate pleasure or reward, even if it means sacrificing long-term benefits. It’s about choosing quick, easy wins over patience and delayed rewards. For example, eating junk food because it tastes good now, instead of sticking to a healthy diet for future health benefits.

You have great points, this insight is a bit conflicting with celebrating small wins. Would you like to go into details of explaining the 2?
