Training Sync Meetings
https://www.sismembers.com/training-i-want-to-hear-about-new-problems/ Training Sync Meetings I want to hear about new problems. Leading a security company places you in a crucial position for nurturing your team, especially when it comes to equipping them with leadership skills they might be missing. Holding weekly meetings is essential to tackle the range of problems that will inevitably pop up 📆 In my years running a security business, I learned that the real trouble wasn't the problems themselves but the fact that the same issues kept cropping up, leading to a tiresome cycle of finger-pointing and excuses like "It was his fault" or "He or She wasn't paying attention."

Navigating the Decision
https://www.sismembers.com/navigating-the-decision/ Navigating the Decision-Making Maze: A Real-World Approach Alright, let's talk sales, but in a way that's relatable and real. Picture it like trying to find the right person to talk to, not just anyone, but the one who can say, "Yes, let's do this" or "No, thanks." This person is the key to moving your sale forward. Missing out on finding them can lead to wasted time and effort, like going in circles. So, here's what I've learned through years of experience: 1. Identifying Decision Makers (DMs): These are the big shots that have the final say. They can give the thumbs up or down to buying your security services. Catching their attention early in the game is like getting the VIP pass for a smoother sales journey. 2. Winning Over Influencers: Sometimes, it's not just one person calling the shots. There are others who can sway the decision in your favor. Think of them as the supportive teammates on your side.
