If you have an onboarding process for your clients then spend an hour putting together an offboarding process.
There are two reasons why you should set up an onboarding process
- This is the perfect opportunity to gather feedback (and potentially upsell)
- It's all about leaving your clients with a positive experience
Athletes are friends with athletes
Influencers are friends with influencers
Your clients are most likely friends with other people in your industry
A great and painless offboarding process is an easy way to collect extra referrals and leave some goodwill with your clients which in the long run will do nothing but good for your agency 🔥
Ps - Don't just limit this to your clients - set up an offboarding process for employees as well
