Hey! My name is Maria, and I am located in the land of Borneo, Malaysia !

I have been in customer support a little over a decade and currently managing a team- As a Customer Support Team Lead, my primary focus has been on managing support operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. While I haven’t been directly involved in high-ticket sales, I have developed strong communication and problem-solving skills that are crucial in high-ticket sales environments. I'm comfortable handling complex customer inquiries, building relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience, which I believe can translate well into a high-ticket sales role. I'm eager to expand my experience in this area through this community.

Also I'm taking this step to break even and gain financial freedom so I can pamper my cats and dogs! Do you have fur babies you'd die for too ?? 🥹
