Would you please help me ?
My passion began in health when I was in highschool and I didn't have all the pieces to put this together until now 15 years later. I have been studying , teaching, coaching and connecting working full time jobs them coming home and studying or training people until the final hours going to bed.馃ケ馃挙馃挙
In 2020 I finally took a huge dive into admitting i had a food addiction when I decided to become a functional nutritional coah as well. I knew I had to not only coach people but walk the walk. My food choices transformed my energy levels and I was able to break the habit of turning to food for comfort. 馃崏馃崋馃崐
In 2021 I experienced a spiritual awakening one that left me with some incredible abilities of clairvoyance and clearaudiance. I knew at that point all of my coaching would have to include not just mind and body but our spirit our essence as well馃尃
In 2023 i started to get the messages I needed to provide answers to women specifically. To call the creators the beautiful goddesses to a place of wholesome connection and honest quality information.馃拑鉂わ笍鉂わ笍
