Courses Updated: More to Come
For those who may have noticed, a couple of courses have gone live in the group! We've been busy polishing it up and putting all the resources together so it's the best it can be -- and while we'll still be doing minor changes here and there, we're so excited to share it, we didn't want to hold it back anymore! Indoor Gardening 101: A Beginner’s Guide The basics of growing indoors including methods, equipment, and a step-by-step guide to transforming your kitchen counter! Be sure to share your personal counter transformations to the group, we can't wait to see what you start growing! 💚 PLUS Microgreens: Tips, Recipes & More Enough people have asked about getting recipe inspiration and what to do with their microgreens after they purchase from us at the Farmers Markets -- so we just finished up this course here! It's a simple place to reference when you want to identify your microgreens, know how to store them efficiently, and a growing list of recipe ideas from the community! 😊 Please feel free to dig in, and report back with any feedback so far. Things like typos or bad punctuation can slip through the cracks sometimes! and stay tuned for when we get our other projects done, like the Growing Microgreens 101, and Mushroom interview! 👋

A Gift For You! (FREE DOWNLOAD: UPDATED PDF!)
-EDIT as of 12/12- I hope you've all been enjoying the plant planner pdf -- I had a good amount of friends and family give it a try, and provide some feedback about how to really narrow in on specific plants, no matter what you're trying to grow! I made it print friendly, for those who like physical use. But if you still like digital, this new planner will work just fine for digital platforms like Freeform (iPad) or Jamboard (Google Playstore) I removed the old version, and replaced it with the new one! Give it a download and let me know what you think! Josephine here 🧑‍🌾 Hope you're all doing well! I had a quick little announcement I wanted to make to the group! While Rob and I use a few online programs to track our large scale growing and watering schedule, I wanted to create something that made more sense for households just growing for themselves. Something to help keep track of all the chaos (because let's be honest, it can be chaotic!) but being simple enough anyone could find use in it. I've been working on this for the past week or so, and am pretty happy with the result! I wanted to share it with you guys first though, test it out. There are spots color-coded to help you keep track of different plants and their needs, as well as "neutral" colored spots for you to use highlighters and pick your own color tracking. There are a handful of helpful tips and tricks as well, with spots to leave notes and keep track of progress and experimenting. I'D REALLY LIKE TO KNOW if the tracker is helpful, or still needs improvements! You know what they say, it's really tough to look past your own nose sometimes. And even if I think it's a neat pdf, I could be missing some obvious improvements. Please give it a download, and use it either on your ipad/tablets, or print it out and use each week/month. I know I plan to use this for my house plants specifically, but you can use it however you see fit! Can't wait to hear how you guys like it, and if it helps with your indoor growing ventures!

Tangled Mess
Hello! Josephine here 🧑‍🌾 Earlier, I shared the excitement of our blooming veggies —but now I’m flipping the script with a concern: I think my peas might be struggling! 😬 It’s tough to tell because they’ve turned into an epic tangled mess (lesson learned: next time, invest in a better trellis—string just isn’t cutting it for these climbers!). The issue seems to be that the vines near the base are wilting, while the ones near the top look healthy and happy. Is this normal? The gardener in me wants to dive in, clean up the dead vines, and give the thriving ones more room to grow. But: a) It’s hard to tell what’s actually dead and what’s just struggling, and b) The vines are so intertwined that pulling out one might hurt the others—it’s like a little network of support down there! So I’m turning to you, my trusted green-thumbed community! I’d love to hear your advice! 🌟 Should I:
