I know we all have to practice our falls to get better. But has anybody here ever had a traumatic experience falling on your tailbone or is it not as bad as I think it is? Haha I’ve hurt my tailbone where it hurts to sit for long periods of time & then getting up from that position, but that’s the worst it has gotten so far which is pretty tolerable. I’m just scared it could be worse.
I am pretty short in height so practicing falls hasn’t been easy & I feeeeel like my height plays a factor but I dk. I’ve been wearing a booty pad when I practice in private. Does anybody else do this, or has falling on your butt while practicing falls hasn’t been thattt bad?
