Beginner drills “workout” guide?
So, I have a problem with needing a very structured guide when it comes to anything exercise-related so that I could easily follow along & have something to base my progress off of. Does anybody have a drill plan or program that you have followed early on in your skate experience that has helped your progress (similar to a fitness program with sets/reps)? OR is there anybody who is experienced here that can create a quick & quality drill plan with sets/reps for beginners like me to follow? E.g. Which drills in which order, whether it should be done off skates or on skates, how many sets & reps/amount of time I should work on each drill before moving onto the next for each practice day?
