Why I made this community.
On Jan 10th 2024 I went to the FIRST EVER acquisition.com Scaling Workshop in the brand new HQ in LasVegas. I attached the video below. (If you want to verify, I show up at 26:26 & 43:30) - Watching Alex and Leila in person, being 100% themselves, and providing value was amazing. It made me realize that I don't have to change who I am to help others which was a belief I wasn't even aware I had!!! I've always been someone who curses a lot, and I thought I had to stop to be taken seriously. But seeing Alex, Leila, and the rest of the Acquisition Team authentically being themselves, made me feel comfortable to start sharing the lessons I've learned with others. I also realized that I'm capable of doing more. Selling medals, clothing, and posting memes online is fun, but it didn't fulfill me. What really fills me with joy is serving others and working with a team toward a greater purpose, much like in the military. I miss the camaraderie of a group of unique individuals working together toward a common goal. Taking care of my Marines brought me the greatest sense of fulfillment, and watching them grow as individuals was incredibly rewarding. Now, armed with the knowledge I've gained from business and marketing, I hope to help others not make the same mistakes I made and once again build a community of like-minded individuals who work hard and want to see others improve!

Why I made this community.
Business Background
2019- Started running Bluefalconawards.com Grew the Instagram page from 800 followers to 34k within 9 months. Sales went from $100 per month to $3k per month to this day. 2021- Founded FixBayonets.com.co - (I wanted something I could put on a resume, and Clothing is a much better market than Parody Medals) Started the IG page from scratch and while working full time slowly grew the Business. Best Month I've had was OCT 2023. Did over $68k in sales. I ended 2023 with BFA doing 50k in sales and FBS 200k in sales. I HAVE NO PROFFESIONAL BUSINESS EDUCATION - And have never attended College. I resigned my fulltime job as a MachineGun Manufacturer for OhioOrdnanceWorks in August of 2023. Being fully transparent I've been coaching individuals on the side for a couple months now and its starting to become repetitive. So to alleviate that I plan on making videos and paid courses for people interested on improving themselves and they're business. (A Business will never outgrow the Founder) So please let me know what concerns you have and ill see how I can help. I already added SEVERAL free resources which are worth more than most 5k paid courses. But they're worth nothing if you don't watch or implement them. - "The Man who says he can, and the man who says he can not. Are both correct."- Confucius

Military Background
I served in the United States Marine Corps from Aug 21st, 2017 to Aug 21st, 2021. I went to bootcamp at San Diego California for 3 months. Went to MarineCombatTraining for a month and was then sent to Armorer School in Fort Lee Virginia for 6 months. Was then sent to K-Bay Hawaii. Bounced between VMU-3, MAG-24, and then ended up with CLB-3 IWR 3rdShop Armory as an Advanced Armorer. Did that for about two years an then got sent to work with Navy Seabees for 1 year with HQBN. After that returned to CLB-3 as the assistant armory chief for the 2nd shop. Ended my military career as a Corporal and was then Promoted to Sergeant 6 months after I got out of the marines, (Tactic to get you to re-enlist) Didn't deploy and went to 2 training events on Big Island which both lasted about a month and a half. It honestly sucked for the first two years until I got married and got out of the barracks. Peacetime Military Blows
