Workflow buy-in from Advisor and Operations Team

I'm struggling to get our team and advisor on board with using workflows. They are under the impression workflows are for bigger firms (we have 7 employees, which includes 2 advisors). They don't even want to entertain a conversation about how this could simplify repetitive tasks, keep everyone accountable and free up time instead of using several different spreadsheets, and then still have to be personally reminded about their tasks.
