Being accountable...

This is one of the wallpapers I use frequently because I want to remind myself that I need to be accountable for every action I take and every reaction I make.

I know that I have to realize that I am solely responsible for whatever situation I am in. Of course, life will throw obstacles in my way, but every reaction I make at those moments is up to me, too. So, by extension, yes, I am completely responsible for the situations I am in.

This is accountability. This is the meaning of this word to me.
