Me l? Meditating Consistently?!
This feels like a new chapter. I really am a bit more clam. I am better able to express myself, my feelings without getting angry or defensive. This may sound dumb or like, for fuck’s sake: but! I can feel my feeling better. Kinda acknowledge and sit within them so it won’t come out in anxiety. Rather than pushing difficulties away. This wasn’t a concerted effort to truly allow myself to feel, simply a byproduct of meditating. Even if only for a few minutes each day, sitting in quiet or in music. 🎶 But not as a distraction. Things that would have triggered me before, simply did not. I’ve had a birthday anniversary of someone close to me that passed away and have been able to process that grief much better. Having difficult conversations was also much easier. I’m truly grateful and a hell of a lot more calm! Released them fucks! 🤷🏻‍♀️😈🤣🧘🏻‍♀️
