So this one was really poignant because in all my side hustle is as a podcaster and I just recently had an interview with a jazz musician who survived pancreatic cancer. And before that I had an interview with a operational psychologist who survived stage 4 lymphoma and I'm thinking there is a. There is a pattern here that the universe is letting me know that. Yes I I have MS. Yes I have certain health issues that I think we could argue that I caused on myself with with my heart and diabetes and and just the way that I've lived my life. And I guess I'm grateful that I'm still here that there's still a spark in me. Sometimes it's dim sometimes. It's a raging fire and I'm grateful for the community here because I forget who it was. But you know I when I was meditating I was clenching my jaw and then somebody said well put your tongue up against the roof of your mouth, your palate and that should help and it has. So I'm grateful for everybody here that has responded to. If I have a question or if I have a concern and I'm grateful for all of you of you being encouraging to me and I want to be encouraging to you so that you can be grateful for me.
