Day 71 of the challenge caught me after two tough days of exercises and a difficult morning when I got locked out of my car while it was running. At my eldest son's kindergarten, there was quite a bit of chaos, and my son himself knows exactly how to throw me off balance.
On a day like this, the practice – which took place on the train on my way to work – managed to ground and calm me. And now, as I write these words, I’m in a completely different state of mind than I was just twenty minutes ago.
Thank God for my amazing family, and thank God that I approached this challenge and the exercises with a real desire to grow, without cynicism. Otherwise, this day would probably have continued as it began.
In Israel, the week starts on Sunday, so I wish you all a blessed week and a peaceful mind.
