Shipping question

Hello 😅

I had a lady purchase an item but she forgot to put her apartment number on the shipping label. The item was marked delivered but now it’s being returned back to me since there wasn’t an apartment number. My question is once I receive the item back can I just change the address and sent it back or do I have to relist it in order to get a new shipping label?
