Shipping 'Adjustment' Issues

Hey guys, is anyone else having strange issues with eBay adjusting shipping charges? I have received several and am trying to figure them out. One was a credit back for about $4. The message claimed that an item I shipped only weighed 5 oz, but that I entered it as 1 lb 2 oz (or something like that). I just let it go, thinking it was just a fluke.

Today, I got another adjustment claiming that I entered 1 lb 4.96 oz and USPS was claiming it was acutally 2.0 lbs (exactly?). I could see being off by an ounce maybe, but this doesn't seem right. Also, isn't it impossible to enter anything other than whole numbers (5 oz instead of 4.96 oz).

Anyone else experiencing something like this?
