This is about your IMMEDIATE response... no filtering for what you think you're supposed to say or what others want to hear.
The purpose? 🤷♂️ That depends on you.
But, if I may, being totally honest and transparent you may find...
- Your thoughts are closer (or further) from where you want them to be
- Vocalizing the truth, and still being accepted - increases belonging, hope, and the ability to move in the direction you desire.
