It’s a great time to recharge, reflect, align, and commit.
Since a lot is happening at this time of the year, you must be intentional about this. That’s if you would like to start the new year on a positive.
✨ Recharge:
Unplug from the usual work routine.
Spend time with family and friends. Do something fun that is not work-related.
How about gardening, outdoor activities, photography, sporting activities, family games, music, etc.
✨ Reflect:
Express gratitude for how far you have come and what you have achieved.
Review your progress on the goals you have set.
Consider what activities worked and did not work. Were those scheduled activities useful or not? Were you executing the scheduled activities or not? Were the activities scheduled?
✨ Align:
Set new goals or reset current goals to achieve in 2025.
Visualizing how you will feel when you achieve a goal connects you emotionally to the goal!
✨ Commit:
Commit to staying on track until you achieve your goals.
Writing out your commitment goes further than a mental commitment.
