What I Learned: The Power of the Linchpin Model

Russell shared how the Linchpin Model is built on two core principles:

Continuity Is KING: If you don’t have a continuity or membership model in your business, you’re missing out on the foundation of a stable, recurring income. This is where you wake up every day to see those sweet Stripe notifications adding up!
Shift Your Self-Liquidating Offer (SLO): Move your SLO to the end of your funnel, and focus on continuity as the main offer on your thank you page. This small shift can make a HUGE difference in your business.

How You Can Apply This:

Here’s how you can start applying the Linchpin Model to your business:

Build Continuity into Your Business: Whether it’s a SaaS, membership site, subscription box, or any other model—make sure you’re adding continuity to your business. This is where long-term growth happens.
Create a MIFGE (Most Incredible Free Gift Ever): Design an irresistible offer that includes a free trial of your continuity program. This is your ticket to driving massive sign-ups.
Launch Your MIFGE with Dramatic Demonstrations: Use challenges, webinars, or other engaging events to promote your MIFGE and bring in more members. The more dramatic and engaging your demonstration, the better your results.
Build Your Foundation: Don’t forget about the basics—your email list is still one of the most powerful tools you have. Make sure you’re constantly growing and nurturing it.

How I’m Putting This into Practice:

I’m currently working on the foundational steps of my Linchpin. I’m creating a membership site that will eventually be paid, building out my funnel hub, crafting my newsletter, and soon to be launching the Life of Challenge Podcast!!!

These steps are crucial in setting up the strong foundation that will allow my business to grow steadily and sustainably...
