For a single service business I'm running, I recently switched the campaign from Maximize conv. value to Maximize conv (conv. value had been working well, but slowly declining in performance).
The main reason for this switch was because there's only 1 value for this single service, and I figured making the switch would assist in scaling.
However, when I made the switch, the CPA dropped from $8-9 to $4.5-6, and the lead quality totally plummeted. I tried putting up a tCPA of $7.5, but it hasn't really made a difference in CPA (I've given it time). Any thoughts or suggestions on what to do next? Could it be worth just going back over to the Maximize conv. value?
