Goals settings
Hi everyone, I'm running a Google Search campaign with the goal of increasing phone calls from potential customers. For the moment, the campaign is working well. A few days ago, I received an email from Google Ads suggesting that I should take action to improve my conversion data. My question is: Do you recommend turning on and accepting Enhanced Conversions and all that? Thank you !

Hi Gabriela, To answer this we need more context of your business objective and marketing goal. Let us say for example if your objective is to drive conversions then yes as apart from manual cpc all of them are automated and smart bidding strategy which uses various signal's to drive conversion for business. Conversion optimization is always suggested. That being said if you google ads account has any dedicated account manager you may reach out to him about second opinion and he would be able to help you with more suitable insights with regards to your business. If your account does not have any account manager then you may reach out to support they will answer this for you. Regards, Sandeep
Can we control how ads are displayed in search results?
Hello! I was hoping someone can enlighten me on something. A potential Google Ads client (for my job) sent me this screenshot and wrote, “…and we want the Google Ads searches to have multiple levels like the attached picture.” Does anyone know if we can ensure the ads will display this way, or is this just random and for mobile devices, and we don't have control over this? Please let me know if this questions belongs somewhere else. Thanks in advance for any information!

Hi Marco, Firstly I would like to inform you that there are different campaign types in Google ads. Well i don't have an idea how other campaigns function, however here you may consider using search campaigns by using various assets such as image, sitelinks etc.. Also you may pin the headline and descriptions and use ad roation as top performing ads. Additionally sometimes you do not have control on how the potential customer may search for your product or service and the system uses various signal's such as user searched query, search intent, relevancy of the ad, quality of the ad, auction dynamics etc.. That being said you would have control on how to showcase the ads to your customer. Moreover fell free to ask others about PMAX or local search ads. Regards, Sandeep
Black Friday - Google Ads Strategy 🤑
Hey Everyone! We're close to Black Friday and I'm currently thinking about the best way to structure my campaigns. I already run PMAX, Standard Shopping and Search in my account, but my question is.... 1 - Create a new separate campaign for Black Friday 2 - Create a new asset group within my PMAX campaigns specifically for BF 3 - Add images and texts to my existing asset groups. What do you think might be the best way? 🤔

Hi Thiago, Hope you are doing well, Since I only have idea about search campaign, I can share few insights here, you may consider based on your business requirements and marketing objective. Here as you have mentioned that you ar already running the search campaigns and the sale is very near, in this creating new campaign may be a time consuming process and it cannot skip the learning period phase and it may take 14 plus days to rampup. However if you would like to boost the existing then you may reach out to your associated google rep for the optimization part. Also there are few strategies such as target impression share maximize clicks etc. If you are looking for conversions then it may take time for a new campaign as the system takes historical data and this is ideally recommended if the campaign is able to get 40-50 conversion. Moreover you may look at the other alternatives such as PMAX campaigns
Limited By Search Volume
As everyone knows you cant trust google as they try to squeeze every penny of of us. So this morning i came in and checked my ads and see now 2 of my groups are limited by search volume where previously they said to increase the spending. This is probably due to me find a few broad match keywords in them and converting then to phrase. I am still get conversions in them. The question is what to do next. Google says to switch to broad match but we know that will just increase the cost and budget with not necessarily any real gain for me. Does Limited by search volume negatively affect you ads? Always something new here.

Well limited by seach volume is just an indicator that the reach of the keywords are limited and in this case you are correct it may impact the ads. However you may take a look the same keyword in the keyword planner tool and see if there is any difference in search volume. Also you can check with keyword forecast as well.
TCPA - By Default
Hello All, I have not set any TCPA, it is taking by default, and this is impacting my ads; even if I deselect it, it will show me again. Can anyone help me with this?
