The source of my conversion tracking on Google Ads has been GA4. In order to get better tracking data, and to implement enhanced conversion tracking, I set up a Google tag on our Shopify site, run through Tag Manager. It's inactive and troubleshooting shows it's not firing. Am I better off removing everything and starting over from scratch, as opposed to troubleshooting the tag that's not firing? If so, any leads on a tutorial to do it right?
I've spent a lot of hours on this, Google offers no support, and the frustration level is high. Any help would be celebrated with a parade, unicorns and rainbows.
