I’m curious to see how ya’ll do your cardio sessions. Mine is very simple: within my heart rate ranges I work my way up as fast as I can, then lower it to the lowest range and then back up again.

Not sure who would be interested in this but I just purchase "get brick" which allows you to block certain apps when you need fewer distractions. Here's the link: https://getbrick.app/ As I said, I just ordered mine but I will report back on how it goes.

Early morning workouts.
I’ve always liked training in the evenings. Since I’ve had five meals by then, I felt stronger and more energetic. Now, since I’m all grown up, I have a job where I need to be early and so I find myself training around 3:30 am and on an empty stomach. I can’t wake up earlier and eat so, my questions is, any recommendations on what my last meal could be before going to bed?

Go to fast food recommendations
Of course the ideal is meal prep, but sometimes life gets in the way. Personally, in more than one occasion I’ve forgotten to bring my lunch to work. I usually order either Chipotle or Chick-fil-A. What’s your folk’s go to? And what do you usually order?

Low carb
Since I’ve never been this pudgy, I’m thinking about going low carbs for about 10days- two weeks go lower my bf a bit faster.Thoughts?
